Once you have placed an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it yourself. It depends on whether your order has already been processed or can still be canceled by our customer service.
We advise you in all cases to contact our customer service, they will then ask you to send your order number to [email protected] and can then inform you whether the order can still be canceled. Is cancellation no longer possible? Do not worry, once the package is delivered to your door you can refuse the shipment, then the shipment will be sent back to us immediately. Upon receipt by us, we also provide for the refund of the amount paid by you.
