Don’t worry, of course we will always refund your return shipments.

How will we refund your return shipment?

How we refund your return shipment depends on the payment method you used.

Did you pay using Paypal / Creditcard? Then we will transfer the payment back to your bank account. When you have paid by credit card and you have returned the entire order, we will transfer the money back to your credit card. Did you only return part of your order? Then we will transfer the money to the bank account number specified by you. If we do not have your bank account number, we kindly ask you to communicate it to us so that we can process your return.

Where can I view the status of my refund?

Unfortunately, the status of your refund cannot be found on the website. However, we always try to fulfil your payment within 5 working days after revocation when all the return conditions have been met. Sometimes a period of 5 working days is too short, in which case you can be sure the we will have transferred the money (purchase amount and possibly standard shipping costs for the delivery) back to you within 14 days after your return has been registered. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back to us, depending on which event occurs first.

I have not received a refund.

It varies per bank how long it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account. We normally pay within 5 working days after revocation. Has the money still not been transferred to your bank account after 5 working days? Please contact our customer service.
