Sandblasting agent sibasiv - 25 kg bag

Sibasiv blasting grit is a tough and natural blasting medium. Thanks to its high hardness (8 on the Mohs scale) and angular grain shape, this grit is very suitable for heavier blasting work where a rough end result is desired. In addition, Sibasiv can be used multiple times, up to 20 times when used in a blasting cabinet. 

Sibasic can be used in both blasting cabinets and blasting pots and is supplied in 25 kg bags. 

Applications: 

• Removing stubborn rust from iron, steel and other metals
• Removing old layers of paint
• Roughening surfaces for better adhesion of coatings or paint
• Can be used as an abrasive
