Ordering from George at Work is easy. Add the items to your shopping cart, fill in all the details, choose the payment method, complete the payment, and we'll get to work right away.
Changes to the order can be made in the personal account. If this is not possible or no personal account has been created, please contact customer service.
Contact customer service immediately (by phone) and have your order number ready so that we can process the change quickly.
On each product page, we provide the current stock status and delivery time. If there are any additional questions, please contact customer service.
Payments are made and processed through the online payment partner Multisafepay. We offer the following payment options:
Yes, we offer 1 payment method that allow you to pay in 3 installments later.
First, check if the amount exceeds your personal limit or the maximum allowed amount. Inquire with the bank, credit card company, or other payment provider about possible issues.
Limits and maximum spending may be a cause for not completing a payment. Additionally, credit card and Paypal payments are more susceptible to fraud, so all payments undergo an extra payment check.
Once the order is paid for, a payment confirmation will be sent via email. If you haven't received an email, check your personal account or contact customer service.
Online payments at George at Work are easy and secure through our reliable partner MultiSafePay. With MultiSafePay, you can securely and easily settle online purchases.
Once we have processed the cancellation or return, we will refund within 14 days at the latest. This will be done through the payment method used for the order.
In the personal account, you can view the invoice for the order. In addition, invoices are sent by email.
